This page will give instructions on how you should proceed, what documents you will need, formats for the documents, and procedures to follow.

Important Dates
Jan. 8th - registration and proposal deadline
Feb. 22 - presentation upload deadline
March 1-5 - judging
April 7 - Delaware Valley Science Fair for those who qualify

What do I need?

• Valid Email Address
  • Make sure that the address you use is permitted to receive email from outside of your organization (Many school accounts do not allow outside email)​
• Project Documents​
  • PDF of the project presentation​
  • Link to a Video Presentation
  • Required forms (1C, 7, if applicable)
  • All documents MUST be files in the proper format (PDF), links are not allowed within the document
  • There will be a separate place for you to post your video link
    
    

What do I do?

• Do you have a STEM Wizard account ?
  • Yes - You should be all set. Login and check that your information and documents have been sent on.​
  • No - No problem! You will be receiving an email from Carver with instructions on how to register and upload your documents through STEM Wizard
• Monitor your email for updates and alerts from Carver.
  • Emails may arrive directly from Carver or from STEM Wizard​
  • There may be some questions for you to answer about your project. 
  • Don't forget to check your Spam Folder!
